With all the profound changes happening in our outer world and in your inner world, it often triggers those fearful anxious feelings wanting to know what will happen. When you’re in fear and “wanting to know” from fear, you can quickly get pulled out of your center and back into the mind’s cycling worry patterns. Staying in the “wanting to know” fear creates inner instability and a slight out of body feeling, thus opening yourself up to outer scattered energies. Before you know it you find yourself not feeling safe, easily overwhelmed, shaky, anxious, unclear and ungrounded. This special stress sauce can trigger your old habitual fear based tendencies of reaching outside yourself to know the answers, rather than using your new-go-to-awakened-toolset of turning towards yourself first and going within to know the answers.
