There are many significant energetic shifts occurring that this session could easily focus on but Spirit chooses "Uncertainty" as our topic. Spirit wants to help you heal and clear deep emotional build up, not only from now but also from similar past life deep emotions from uncertainty experiences getting triggered. As you heal and let go of emotional build up, you'll align with the purest meaning of uncertainty within you and come into more fullness of yourself to navigate these times.  

We make our plans in our calendar or think about the future and our minds and emotions immediately lock into certainty of these things WILL happen. When they don't, the sobering teacher wakes us up to that fact there is no certainty in life the way we automatically thought there was. 

Within the truth of you, there the purest form of uncertainty or the unknown. Uncertainty is part of your intrinsic tapestry. It's an abiding energy within you and life itself. When you can feel and connect with the true feeling and energy of uncertainty and feel this from deep within you, you can be with and navigate your emotions and mind from a deeper fullness and trust easier. When you can practice resting with true uncertainty within, it becomes a safer more fortified inner feeling to help your fears and hurts have a place to feel held.

There are 2 main parts of this session that will be happening throughout the entire session:

1. With everything happening in the world and within you, there are extremely deep emotions here not only from this present moment and recent days but also powerful past life emotions from similar experiences. This session digs deep to meet, acknowledge, heal and clear this emotional build up.

2. As you heal and clear deeply you make more space to simply drop into yourself, embody your true self, feel your safe foundation and align in pure true uncertainty. 

All you have to do is just be and this session does the rest:

• This entire session will be oscillating between profound deep healing, clearing your old energy and dropping deeper into yourself connecting, knowing, feeling and aligning in your pure uncertainty within.

• Your inner truth, wisdom and knowing brings all your relevant parts of yourself and your energy ready to heal faster, transform and relax into BEING who you are now and who you're becoming

• Receive massive healing, clearing, support and leaping forward in your growth, evolution, awakening and embodying yourself throughout this entire session
