Faster Recognition of Ego vs True-Self: Quicken your embodied living

Even though the recent activations from the March Eclipses are bringing many significant and specific changes within you and the outer world -in essence- all activations are opening more of your core awakening within you. So even through there are many themes, topics or specifics we could focus on for this session, there's one thing in particular Spirit brings our focus to- knowing your Your True-Self vs your ego/identity self.

When tuning in for a topic this week, Spirit instantly shows me an image of living from a "black and white, right or wrong" perspective, how much fictional suffering is created and how your 'knowledge is power' to come out of suffering at any given moment: By discerning the difference of when seeing yourself and the world through ego-certainty-judgement-mind vs how the truth within you sees the world, your life, your path, your challenges, you can shift emotional/mental suffering instantly. Anything that arises from "separation thinking" perspective will always and ultimately create suffering. By not being living more consciously -of the very nature of how the ego/separation views the world, people, situations and yourself- you will always feel the need to control, effort, a running towards or away, a fighting against or a victory, a trying hard to change/fix. Instead of the true peaceful wholeness empowered sovereignty that always comes from living in the river of your truth, flowing within the true path of your journey as it unfolds for self-mastery, embodied truth, self-discovery, deep understanding of yourself and thus healing.

To support your awakening and living truth foundation at this time, it's important to have deeper direct understanding and a quicker response time of when you're in the ego/identity/thinking mind/judgment perspective of yourself and life vs the love/compassion/higher/sacred//True-Self/heart/knowing/wisdom view of yourself and life. "It's time" Spirit says. -Time to start putting the deeper truths you feel/know into action, LIVING this knowing more fully in the ways you more fully need to now. -Living the truth that you really feel, underneath it all, is one of the best ways to put your awakening into embodiment.
