When tuning in for this week’s GPH topic, I’m shown an image of you stepping into the new realities you’re creating with every choice -leaving thousands of old dense layers behind you. You're constantly shedding thousands of layers in real-time as you simultaneously step into the new realities you're creating with each choice you make. Every choice you make to embrace your truth, power and be fully yourself is helping you break free from old dynamics and energies. As you’re doing this, there’s a bunch of old dense energy releasing behind you that’s been part of you for lifetimes -carrying painful emotions, deeply held beliefs, stories about yourself and life and identities that were once very painful. The ego-mind and emotions believe that because of what you’ve gone through it MUST mean you’re damaged. -This belief of damage needs to go now.

Feeling and believing you’re damaged comes from very specific frequencies, energetics, identities, stories, emotions, disempowering old teachings and energies NOT you. 

It's time to free yourself from these energies, ideas, beliefs, concepts and feelings that you’re damaged.” If “I’m damaged'“ is believed, felt or experienced to be true, you see yourself and your life through this false lens and thus approach everything and your life’s challenges from it. To more fully live your evolution that you’ve been working so much for, this “I’m damaged” energy needs to go now.
