Refresh Info:

• In order to see uploaded replays after sessions AND see the most updated Zoom call info before calling into sessions, you must always manually “hard refresh/ reload” your page.

• Without manually “hard” refreshing/reloading your page, your computer or mobile device pulls from system memory. It will only show prior page info BEFORE we added replays and before we added the most up-to-date or last minute Zoom info (due to unforeseen Zoom tech issues)

• Refreshing/reloading clears your browser’s “cache” in your computer's system memory and allows you to view the most current, updated page information.

Google Chrome

1. Windows users: hold down Ctrl and then press F5 on your keyboard.

2. Mac users: hold down Cmd and Shift and then press R on your keyboard.

Firefox:

1. Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)

2. Press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)

Safari (Mac)

1. Go to Safari > Empty Cache, or hit Opt + Cmd + E.

2. Or, click the refresh icon on the browser’s address search bar or press Cmd + R.

Edge (Windows)
