This entire 2-day retreat is designed to help you swiftly and easily heal deep-seated traumas across spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical levels to establish a safe foundation for your awakening journey. Your liberated energy will fuel greater wisdom, increased personal power and empower you to elevate both yourself and your life.

To truly embody and live authentically, you need to feel safe inside to do so. Your inner safety serves as a foundation for your entire healing and embodying journey. As your awakening progresses and energies intensify, unresolved traumas can interpret this heightened energy as the same threatening force that once caused you harm. These traumas can see your awakening like a red alert. In their well-intentioned effort to protect you and keep you safe from intensity, they generate energetic blocks. As a result, the traumas don’t feel safe to heal and fully embracing your awakening and embodying your authentic self can feel increasingly difficult or even feel unattainable.

When you feel safe inside yourself, you can help these parts of you feel safe and teach them the difference between different kinds of true high spiritual intensity and the intensity that hurt them. You can provide a safe haven for your fears, pain, and traumas, both past and present, to rest and simply be.
